Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares garnishes and serves food to meet quality and guidelines.
• Follows USDA/state guidelines while serving on the line.
• Receives, stores and stocks food in stockrooms and coolers.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and cleans surfaces and equipment.
• Assists with ordering, receiving and stocking food supplies.
