• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food prep and service following recipe and production methods.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per HACCP guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in ordering and inventory as needed.
• Complete production records and waste/discard sheets.
• Assist in special school functions and safety inspections.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
