Qualifications

• Preferred 5 years of Food Service Experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA and PDE Regulations and Guidelines.
• Skill in planning and organization.
• Ability to work with administrators, teachers, parents, community and students.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dress code and maintains neat appearance.
• Attends meetings and training sessions.
• Report hazards to the cafeteria manager.
• Follow HACCP procedures and sanitation methods.
• Prepare and serve food using established methods and recipes.
• Assist in ordering and stock management.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment; rotate tasks as needed.
• Participate in safety inspections and complete paperwork.
