Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC in the United States seeks a Route Driver to safely transport passengers on designated routes, including children and individuals with special needs, while delivering excellent customer service. You will conduct pre-trip inspections, assist boarding, maintain records, and communicate with dispatchers.

A valid license and clean driving record are required; school bus experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience in school bus driving is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical understanding to perform pre-trip inspections.
• Good English communication; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and ensure timely arrivals.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, including children and those with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and incidents.
• Communicate with dispatchers about route changes and passenger needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers.
