Minnesota Coaches LLC in Faribault is seeking a dedicated Route Driver with CDL preferred to transport passengers on designated routes. You will ensure safety, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate route records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred, but not required.
• Basic mechanical understanding for pre-trip inspections.
• Clear English communication; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities, during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that occur during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing questions or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
