Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Regular Ed Driver to safely operate prescribed routes while providing exceptional service to passengers, including children and riders with disabilities. The role emphasizes clear communication with dispatch and maintaining safety standards on every trip.

The position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, basic mechanical understanding for inspections, and the ability to interact with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• English communication required; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate routes and ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, including children and riders with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and incidents.
• Communicate route changes with dispatchers and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers while complying with traffic laws.
