R & May Transportation is hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers in New Jersey to safely transport students to and from school on the morning and afternoon routes.

Qualifications

• Age 23 or older.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Able to pass background checks and school transportation requirements.
• Able to meet NJ MVC, Department of Education, and DOT requirements.
• Willing to complete required drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive positions.
• Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school.
• Follow assigned routes and maintain scheduled pickup/drop-off times.
• Ensure students board and exit safely and keep a safe environment on board.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report vehicle concerns or mechanical issues promptly.
• Communicate delays or route issues with dispatch/operations.
