Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Have a safe driving record and pass background checks.
• Able to meet New Jersey MVC, Department of Education, and DOT requirements.
• Willing to undergo required drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school.
• Follow assigned routes and keep on-time pickups/drop-offs.
• Ensure students board and exit safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly bus environment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete post-trip student checks after each route.
• Report vehicle issues promptly to maintenance/dispatch.
• Follow all traffic laws and school transportation policies.
• Communicate with dispatch about delays or route issues.
• Provide professional, courteous service to students and parents.
