Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time vehicle driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site.

The ideal candidate will maintain a clean driving record, hold appropriate licenses, and comply with medical and background checks. Responsibilities include operating a bus, enforcing safety rules, assisting students, and supporting LifeWise activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record within the last 5 years.
• Regular driver’s license; CDL with passenger endorsement (P) for vehicles >15 passengers where required.
• Background check and yearly physician's statement for medical conditions as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and LifeWise volunteers to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and mechanical safety.
• Perform regular inspections of the bus and refuel as needed.
