LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time LifeWise vehicle driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. The role emphasizes responsibility, punctuality, and a clean driving record.

Candidates must meet strict eligibility: valid driver's license held for at least three years, age 21-80, and potential CDL endorsement for larger vehicles. Background checks, MVR, and annual physician statements for medical conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid regular driver's license and have been licensed for the past three years.
• CDL with passenger endorsement required for 15+ seat vehicles; for 15-passenger vans no special license.
• Age 21–80; drivers over 75 must submit annual physician statement and CDLs.
• Background check and Motor Vehicle Report required; annual physician's statement for medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children; enforce safety rules.
• Volunteer in LifeWise classroom if approved by Director.
