Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is on-site in Sebastopol, CA, part-time (approximately 15 hours per week) with occasional flexibility to meet district requirements.

You will provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, collaborate with teachers, document progress, prepare therapy materials, and stay current with best practices in school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in SLP-A or related field.
• Current state certification or licensure as an SLP-A, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 100 hours of supervised clinical practice with a licensed SLP.
• Experience in a school/educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality therapy support.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech/language services to students under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to ensure effective therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participation.
