Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site, full-time 1.0 FTE role supports students under the supervision of a licensed SLP and collaborates with teachers to implement therapy plans.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree or higher in SLPA, current state certification or licensure or eligibility, and have completed 100 hours of supervised practice.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in SLPA or related field.
• Current state certification or licensure, or eligibility.
• Completion of 100 hours of supervised practice.
• School experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure therapy effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participation.
• Assist in preparation and organization of therapy materials.
• Follow all legal and ethical guidelines in school-based services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
