Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Maine. The position is 3 days per week with hourly pay of $50–$60 and eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

The role involves working with students in South Paris, ME for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide assessments, develop IEP goals, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with OTs, PTs, educators, and district teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility is required or preferred.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in school.
• Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers.
• Maintain progress monitoring and compliant documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
