Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license issued by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners (TBOTE).
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students in school settings.
• Conduct OT assessments and provide recommendations to educational teams.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop interventions supporting functional skills and classroom participation.
• Deliver direct OT services or supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Maintain accurate records and analyze student data to inform service planning.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
