Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting. This OT role offers a starting wage of $50.00 per hour and includes benefits and professional growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with the IEP team, families, and school staff to develop measurable goals and implement evidence-based interventions that improve student participation and independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Texas OT license is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clear communication and documentation are essential.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Understand each student’s needs through OT assessments.
• Turn evaluation findings into practical recommendations for families and staff.
• Develop individualized supports with the IEP team.
• Deliver occupational therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Supervise COTAs as assigned.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate service records.
