Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA in Illinois to deliver evidence-based ABA services, in person or remotely. You will assess, design, and supervise treatment plans while collaborating with families and schools to support meaningful progress.

Applicants must hold a Master’s in ABA, maintain active BCBA certification, and have an 8-hour supervision certificate. Flexible hourly scheduling and supportive staffing make this role a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver ethical, high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
