Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our on-site team in St. Charles, IL for the 26/27 school year.

This full-time role focuses on delivering ABA services to K-12 students and collaborating with school staff to implement evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, data-driven progress monitoring, and participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and IL LBA license or license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop BIPs for students with ASD and related disabilities.
• Provide direct ABA services including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collaborate with school teams to implement interventions across settings.
• Train staff and families on behavior management and data collection.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide behavioral insights.
