Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify students with excessive absences and generate a weekly list for monitoring.
• Monitor daily attendance to encourage regular attendance habits.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about attendance issues and progress.
• Collaborate with administrators, counselors and teachers to address attendance concerns.
• Track attendance interventions and progress toward goals.
• Maintain a contract system with students and establish attendance incentives.
