Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for the HEYDUDE brand in our store in Delaware. You will deliver exceptional consumer experiences, mentor a small team, and support POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

This part-time role requires 18+ years of age and 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership preference, plus flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will open/close and drive sales while upholding Crocs values.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture and demonstrate Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, stockroom operations).
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
