Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Champion a positive team culture with ideas and feedback, while demonstrating Crocs core values
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress and follow-up
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge with consumers
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control
