Job summary

Crocs, Inc. | HEYDUDE is seeking a part-time Team Lead, Sales to drive exceptional customer experiences in our Leesburg, VA location. You will support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure the store is business ready daily while promoting Crocs brand values.

You will lead a team on the sales floor, mentor staff, and collaborate with management to exceed personal and team sales targets through engaging selling strategies and knowledge of current product drops and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and help achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement and stockroom operations.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegation, progress tracking and timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and stay informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives.
