Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to support store leadership and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. The role leads the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, coordinating efforts to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include training, client service initiatives, and collaboration with management and corporate stakeholders. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend work is essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required or preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people and resources.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist store operations including floor moves, merchandising, and inventory returns.
