Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving the studio’s sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes lead generation, tours of the studio, and closing sales in a fast-paced Pilates studio environment.

The position requires Saturday afternoon availability and part-time hours. You will learn the Club Ready software, engage with clients, and participate in events while contributing to a high-energy studio

Qualificações

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication via in person, phone and email.
• Must learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Attend special events and trainings as needed Part time

Responsabilidades

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale. Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the GM.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing. Emphasize and enforce studio objectives as a fitness provider.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned
