The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn new software. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $16.50-$18.00/hr plus commission on sales with opportunities for growth within the studio.

Overview

Join our Studio Team at Riser Fitness as a Sales Associate in a reputable Pilates studio. You will support the General Manager in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Position Type: Part Time.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing; meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.


• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.


• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing; emphasize and reinforce the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.


• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.


• Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, hospital events) to promote the studio.


• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.


• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
