Job summary

A reputable Pilates studio in Walnut Creek is seeking a Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn new software. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $16.50-$18.00/hr plus commission on sales with opportunities for growth within the studio.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and via email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Overview

Join our Studio Team at Riser Fitness as a Sales Associate in a reputable Pilates studio. You will support the General Manager in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Position Type: Part Time.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing; meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager.


• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.


• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing; emphasize and reinforce the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.


• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.


• Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, hospital events) to promote the studio.


• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.


• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
