Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Woodbury, MN to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales with confidence.

You’ll need at least 1 year in retail or customer service, be comfortable with CRM tools, and be able to work weekends and evenings. This role includes a competitive hourly wage and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
