Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Missouri. You will greet customers, drive sales, and deliver an engaging shopping experience. You will own the customer journey, demonstrate product knowledge, and close sales while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Role requires 1+ year retail experience, ability to stand for long periods, and comfort with in-store technology and CRM systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to travel to local stores and meet meetings as needed.
• Excellent judgment, integrity and trustworthiness in handling transactions and data.
