Job summary

The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate to energize customers, demonstrate products, and close sales on the showroom floor. You will deliver a high-energy, customer-first experience and help clients design spaces using Lovesac offerings.

You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, meeting sales targets while upholding Lovesac standards and policies. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work during peak periods including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of handling cash, transactions, and customer data with integrity.
• Comfortable using technology for product demos and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm and drive sales using Lovesac process.
• Build lasting connections to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey from greeting to sale and follow-up.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create engaging brand experiences on the floor.
