Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate to greet customers, educate them on Sacs and Sactionals, and guide them through the purchase journey on the sales floor. You will build lasting relationships, drive conversion, and provide an engaging brand experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, friendly communication, and a proactive, customer-first approach to achieving sales goals and KPIs while representing Lovesac with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflict in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
