Job summary

The Lovesac Company in Houston, TX is hiring for a Sales Associate. You will greet customers, demonstrate Lovesac products, and drive in-store sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You should be energetic, reliable, and able to work weekends and evenings, with at least 1 year in retail. You will use CRM systems, handle transactions, and contribute to team goals while upholding Lovesac standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Demonstrate integrity, good judgment, and ability to handle transactions securely.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell while following the Lovesac process.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver service, and build client relationships.
