What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools, used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is required as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $30.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

We have over 40 years of training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable across many fields. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
