What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $20.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a potential commission structure based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management and professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments such as classes or family. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
