What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, although performance-based incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an optional performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during slow weeks.

Training and career development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work schedule and environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings and training primarily in our office.
