What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during slow weeks.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, but sales work is from home and locally after training.
