Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $26.50 per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a minimum income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

With over 40 years of training experience, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist in creating flexible schedules to fit individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, and many earn extra income around other commitments. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office, with work from home and local visits after training.
