What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are available. No prior experience is needed; comprehensive training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales), with additional performance-based commissions available. There is potential to earn more, but a steady income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist reps in creating schedules that fit their lifestyles, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. Summer work programs are also available.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training; most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
