Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to explain our American-made Cutco products, including kitchen and gardening tools.
• Place orders and assist customers in choosing products.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Experience

No previous experience is needed. We provide all necessary training. Our team has been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Skills gained are valuable across many fields, including sales, networking, and communication.

Career Development

Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles. We support flexible scheduling to accommodate various commitments, including part-time work, classes, or family obligations.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in our office.

Requirements
