Responsibilities

• Work with customers to explain and promote our American-made Cutco products, which include kitchen and gardening tools.
• Place customer orders and provide product information.

Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening needs. We offer a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales). There is also a performance-based commission structure. Reps can earn more based on performance, but still have a guaranteed income even during off weeks.

Training and Development

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any career. Long-term reps can pursue management and professional sales paths.

Work Schedule and Environment

We collaborate with our reps to create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, and many earn extra income around other commitments. Most meetings and training sessions are held in our office, with work from home after training.
