Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive sales.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and smooth transactions.
• Lead in-store programs and events, including loyalty and protection plans.
