Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families in Fort Worth. You will welcome customers, guide them on product styles and benefits, and drive sales with a customer-first approach.

Lead a focused business area, coach team members, and manage Leader on Duty responsibilities. You’ll foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and build loyalty through in-store programs and credit offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities and respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit offerings.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns as needed.
