Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and guiding them through our baby essentials and school readiness needs.

You will lead a team on the sales floor, coach on product features and service standards, foster an inclusive environment, and drive brand loyalty through exceptional customer experiences and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be brand expert for Carter’s products and assist customers.
• Greet customers and assist with product features and benefits.
• Maintain customer-focused sales floor.
• Foster inclusive, safe environment.
• Model service standards and coaching others.

• Use customer feedback to identify improvements.
