Aufgaben

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill's products to support purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, floor sets, and inventory management.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Perform additional responsibilities to help the store succeed.
