The J.Jill Group is seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming shopping experience in-store. You will build meaningful connections, provide styling advice, and help customers find the right products while contributing to sales goals.

You will support visual merchandising standards and floor set execution, assist with marketing and replenishment, and help keep the store clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service and styling advice.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while supporting sales goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of merchandise to offer expert guidance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor set execution; participate in marketing, replenishment, promos, store cleanliness, backroom organization.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help the store be successful.
