Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. The role partners with the Store Manager to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and leverage omnichannel tools to unite online and retail shopping.

The Sales Lead will engage customers with product knowledge, lead by example, and help drive KPI goals while ensuring a smooth, energetic store environment. Flexible hours and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products such as yoga, cycling, running.
• Able to engage customers inside and outside store; work with teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity; take initiative and adapt quickly.
• Familiar with inventory and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations.
• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to facilitate easy shopping and add value to purchases.
