• 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and brands is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
