Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for Somerset Collection, Troy, MI. You will deliver a best-in-class retail experience, connect customers with fabrics, features, and fit, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to meet ambitious goals.

You will drive engagement through events, training, and a strong knowledge base while keeping stock, merchandising, and safety standards in focus to ensure a seamless omnichannel journey for customers.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Aim to meet or exceed store objectives related to performance and quality.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
