Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for the Fashion Valley store in San Diego, CA to deliver an exceptional customer experience and supervise a team. You will drive engagement, product knowledge, and collaboration with the Store Manager to hit store targets and uphold safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and sales efforts at the Fashion Valley store.
• Train and provide feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and supervisors to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory processes to enhance the customer journey.
