Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Richmond, VA location at Short Pump Town Center. You will lead the customer experience, engage shoppers, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to exceed KPIs.

You will train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, manage inventory, and support events and promotions. The role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiar with POS systems and retail inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive store events and promotions and participate in community projects.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards to enhance the customer journey.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
