Job summary

Fabletics is hiring a Part-Time Sales Lead for its new Leesburg Premium Outlets location in Leesburg, VA. You will lead the sales floor, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and partner with the Store Manager to exceed KPIs.

The role emphasizes engaging with customers, knowledge of fabrics, fit and function, and driving brand passion. The position reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong emphasis on teamwork and energy.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience; retail management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative in opportunities.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 10–30 lb boxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate the team to meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance shopper experience.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Aim to meet/exceed store objectives in performance and quality.
• Be a resource on product knowledge for customers and staff.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve goals.
• Maintain safety standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs as needed.
