Job summary

Fabletics is seeking Part-Time Store Associates for Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA. You will help customers connect online and in-store experiences using technology, and work with a dynamic team to hit sales goals.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, sharing fabric knowledge, and maintaining merchandising standards, while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work with large teams and fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to improve the business and Sales performance.
