Job summary

You’ll welcome parents and grandparents, explain our baby essentials and school readiness products, and help create a warm, inclusive shopping experience on the sales floor. Responsibilities include leading a team through planning and follow-through, coaching peers, and handling Leader on Duty duties to drive results and resolve customer concerns in a timely,

Qualifications

• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on the sales floor.
• Proficient with basic computer tools including Outlook and Excel.
• Commitment to an inclusive, welcoming store environment.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-focused, positive sales floor presence.
• Coach others to success and model omni-channel service standards.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving customer concerns.
• Use feedback to drive improvements and customer loyalty through programs.
